Event Description:

A full day of trail activities including running, biking, yoga, music and more! You will not find another event like this, it is truly a unique gathering at a gem of a location. If you are not familiar with the Graham Swamp Mountain Bike Trail, you are in for a treat! And a challenge. This trail is the most challenging trail in Flagler Co, possibly even in Florida. There are lots of roots, rocks, steep descents & climbs, soft sand, quick switchbacks...you get the point. Take it all in, it's incredibly beautiful too.

Where:

Graham Swamp Mountain Bike Trail: 5140 Colbert Lane, Palm Coast, FL. From Hwy 100 turn South on Colbert Lane, go about 2.3 miles, trail is on the left. From PC Parkway, head North on Colbert Lane, trail will on the right about 5 miles.

10k run: $55

5k run: $45

2 lap (about 14 miles) mountain bike race: $55

Gator challenge (mtb race & 10k run): $75 (one shirt)

Prices increase by $5 on Aug. 1st & another $5 on Nov. 4th

Itinerary:

Saturday
- 10:30a Packet pick up starts for all events
- 12:00p 2 lap mountain bike race starts
- 2:00p(ish) bike race awards
- 3:00p 10k & 5k runs start
- 3:15p kids run (10 & under, free, ~1/2 mi)
- 4p-7p live music
- 4:30(ish) 5k & 10k awards
- 5p Yoga in the woods (bring mat)

Food sales: TBD

Post-race snacks will be available to registered bikers/runners.

We can only guarantee shirt sizes for those that register prior to November 4th. If you want to change your shirt size at the event we cannot guarantee we'll have other sizes available.

FAQ:

My business would like to sponsor this event, who do I contact? Email carrie@elevateeventcompany.com. Without sponsors this event would not be possible!
Will there be water available to the runners and bikers during and after the event? We will have one water station set up on the trail, around mile 2.5 and there will be a water refill station at the start/finish area. We will have NO PLASTIC bottles at the event. Plan to bring a bottle to fill up from our water coolers.

What if I sign up and later realize I can't participate? Are refunds available? Ticket sales & race registration fees are non-refundable, we'll allow transfers up until 4 weeks prior or consider your registration as a donation to the trail.
Is there a maximum number of tickets available?Yes there is. We are capping the running & biking events at 150 total.

What's the parking situation? Parking here is tight, we strongly encourage carpooling. Click here for our parking map and follow signs & volunteers on event day.
What ages are allowed in the kids run? 10&under. The kids run is all on trail with roots, rocks, etc. We recommend a parent stay with their little ones. The run is about 1/2 mile long.
When is packet pick up? On race day only at trail. PPU opens at 10:30a.
Can we bring our own alcohol? Yes, no glass please. We'll have beer & wine available for a donation to the GSTC.
What happens if it rains? The running & biking events are rain or shine. If it is lightning we will delay until there is 30 minutes with no lightning. In the unfortunate situation where the weather is too bad to hold the events we will provide a discount to ticket holders for next year. It is not possible to issue refunds due to inclement weather.
